  1. Hello, I may already have answered my questions but wanted to check in with the experienced and knowledgeable community for their affirmation: CEAC civil documents are showing Police Clearance Certificates (PCC) are required for my mother from Pakistan and Saudi Arabia because she was born and raised in Pakistan before immigrating to Canada after marriage and lived in Saudi Arabia for 12+ months (over 20 years ago). She's currently living in Canada. since the early 2000s (after returning from Saudi Arabia). However, when I checked the "travel.state.gov" websites Pakistan and Saudi Arabia visa reciprocity and civil documents requirements, it clearly says that Pakistani PCCs are not required because of unreliability and in Saudi Arabia, only non-citizens who currently reside there can request PCCs. So it seems like mom is exempt from both foreign countries and only needs to get her Canadian PCC. Does anyone disagree? If not, should I just select "Not available" (on the CEAC civil documents website) and under the "Comments" section, refer to the "travel.state.gov" websites and justify my response? Thanks in advance!
