I lived in Doha for a year, that’s how we met and I’m not a fan a Qatar.

I’m not denying where she is from is high fraud, but the fact that she is denied just because of that in my opinion, unprofessional and Biased.

It was very unprofessional. It wasn’t an interview, she had a line of people behind her and was asked “why does she want to visit America and How long has she been in Doha, then they handed her the 214(b) refusal. I’m not sure I fully understand the reason why? Is there anything I can do in order to help her get to America? She does not want to migrate to America.

I am an American citizen born and raised. I recently assisted my good friend in applying for a B2 Non Immigration Visa to come to the US and visit me. She is originally from Nigeria but currently a permanent resident working and living in Doha, Qatar. We filled out the DS-160 properly and to the best of our knowledge, paid the for the interview, and during the interview she was asked 3 questions and immediately denied. I would love to know the reason why she was denied and what I can do in order for her not to get denied again. Thank you in advance
