  1. Hey @Ontarkie, thanks for the response. Who should we be calling or emailing? The file is currently at the embassy.
  2. Any one have info on scheduling the interview process? Do I just keep checking the website or does the embassy contact us? File was received by embassy 10 days ago. Any help is greatly appreciated.
  3. Hello everyone. Anyone know if there's a fix for leaving a child off there i129f?
  4. K1 Visa was approved and is at Embassy. Noticed that only 2 case # were provided instead of 3 due to uncle having 2 children. Looked over i129f and I noticed that one of kids info is missing. Part 8 did not have additional child info there. Are there any remedies to this? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
  5. I will most likely have the same issue. I've heard Nairobi is so backed up.
  6. When were your cases sent? My case was created July 12th and just sent yesterday.

Hello, were you able to schedule an interview in Nairobi? How was the process?

      Hey,

So sorry for the delay - I haven't been on the forum in a while. Yes I was able to schedule an interview but it was quite a process, only because they put up dates so infrequently so they are very easy to miss. They also have a system whereby you cannot pay for the interview without there being open slots - so you interact with the appointment calendar twice.

Please let me know if you have any specific questions, I'll be happy to respond (and will be sure to check here frequently).

      All the best,

  8. Hello, were you able to schedule an interview in Nairobi? How was the process?

  9. This sounds like a mistake. NVC does not require any documents from us.
  10. I'm so sorry to hear this. I hope you get news soon. I noticed that LDRM, contracting company for NVC, is hiring for both customer service and data entry for the New Hampshire NVC location. I hope those hires will speed up the process.
  11. You should inquire weekly to get your case #. There's a high chance that your case has a number. I received a response on June 28th that my case was received. By using the Julian Date and looking at my case number, it was created about 2 weeks after on July 12th.
  12. Yes this is the status my case has as well. It means that the case is still at NVC and has not been sent out to your embassy. Based on what I've read, the next batch of files will be sent out sometime next week.
  13. Congrats. You can now check the status of your case by going to https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx? And entering the case #.
  14. Hello, it's been taking almost 90 days. On average its been hovering around 75 to 85 days. It took our case 77 days to get a case number and it's still at NVC since receiving the case number a week ago.
  15. I received a response today from Ask NVC Public Inquiry with case number. Status is currently At NVC Noa1: 3/21/2022 Noa2: 5/3/2023 NvC: 7/20/2023
  16. Disney presents 2023 hit of the year NVC: How to make a case disappear. Only on Disney Plus
  17. You have two options. Ask NVC Public Inquiry Form https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/ask-nvc.html Send an email to nvcresearch@state.gov Include a scanned copy of your I-797 or I-171 Notice of Action - Approval Notice and In the subject line of your email, type only the receipt number from your I-797 Approval Notice.
  18. This is the response I received from asknvc but nvc research gave me a different response.
  19. Send an email to nvcresearch@state.gov and include scanned copy of your I-797 Notice of Action - Approval Notice. I didn't include it in my email and they still responded. In the subject line of your email, please type only the receipt number from your I-797 Approval Notice. In the body of the email you can ask your question.
  20. I agree but it does seem like NVC Research might be the most accurate info. They're most likely actually researching the petition and giving you updated information. Don't quote me on this though as I'm trying to figure things out as well.
