    So hi everyone after a almost 4 year process for K-1 visa two years waiting after the interview for the visa I recently a letter yesterday saying that my application was rejected because the applicant was not free to marry We gave them all the divorce papers divorce documentation and this is what they come up with I I don’t even know this don’t make no kind of sense and this is the reason they give me after they gave me the run about for two years after the interview not giving me an answer every single time I called asking for papers and now I don’t know which way to go because the court system granted the divorce legally,
