  1. Thanks, I'm still having problems. She thinks she can get out of the country but it's still going to be difficult. I don't think there is any way she will be able to make it to the interview I've scheduled for so many reasons. I've already rescheduled it once and it appears the embassy won't let me reschedule a second time, so I think I'm going to lose the $800 I paid for her and her daughters. I suppose I need to focus on just getting the medical exam done then worry about the interview. I'm just not sure how long the I-129f approval lasts. Does it expire if she doesn't do the interview within a year or so? This is so frustrating to do this legally. And it sounds weird to say that.
  2. My Ukranian fiancé has a medical exam scheduled in Frankfurt, Germany on November 16th but she is not going to be able to make it because of the situation in Ukraine. I scheduled it there because her interview is November 18th in Frankfurt. I am going to have to reschedule both of these appointments because she is having problems in Ukraine right now. I know she can get a medical exam anywhere in Europe because of the situation in Ukraine but is there a resource somewhere that I can use to find available doctors? Also is it possible to request that her interview be moved to a closer location, such as Poland or Turkey? Thank you for your time!
  3. I have been trying to schedule a medical exam for my Ukranian fiancé through the link I was sent to the Frankfurt, Germany doctor's website. I have to schedule using the doctolib link on that site but all I get when I click "Reason for Visit- Medical Exam USA" is an error that says "Sorry. An error has occurred." I've used multiple browsers and different IP addresses, but I still can't get it to work. Does anyone know if there are technical problems? Or what the problem could be? I sent the doctor's office an email so I will see if they respond tomorrow. Thanks!
  4. I think I may have made a critical error. My I-129F for my Ukranian fiance was approved and sent to Frankfurt, Germany. The I-797 says it it valid from April 21- August 21. I received it on May 24 and sent it to my fiance telling her to make her appointments. She never made the appointments and here it is July 7 because she thought we had more time than 4 months and so did I. I didn't realize until a few days ago that there is a time limit on the I-129f approval. Now I don't know what to do. I looked at the Frankfurt Consulate website and it says that the exam has to be done by one of the doctors listed in Frankfort but as far as I can see the earliest appointment is October 13 which is two months past our I-129f expiration date. If I am understanding this correctly. Or can she get an exam anywhere in Europe or even locally in Ukraine? I was under the assumption that they were going to send her information in order to proceed and they finally did send her a letter that she received about 3 days ago saying that she can come to Frankfort for her interview. It's just this medical exam that is causing me a problem now. Does anyone know anything about scheduling this medical exam and where it would be acceptable if her interview is in Frankfort? Thank you for any response.
  5. I definitely will. Thanks. I just keep thinking there's a technology problem and it's going to mess something up.
  6. I submitted an I-134 on June 13 for a beneficiary, received a receipt notice on June14, then realized on June 20 that I didn't file separate I-134's for the two dependent children so I did that on June 20 and received receipt notices the same day. So I have all three cases pending right now. On June 21 I received two emails (gmail) saying action had been taken but on the u4u site there is no action. It still says N/A on all three cases under the "action taken" column. I then sent an email through the u4u website asking why i received an email saying action was taken when i don't see any action taken but have yet to receive a response. Has this happened to anyone else or am I missing something? Maybe I'm just being too impatient but from what I've read on other posts this process is usually very quick and mine doesn't seem too quick at all. Thanks!
  7. I think she is a good woman (far better than the dozens of other women I've talked to in the last few years (including American women.)) I spent 5 weeks with her in 2021 (4 trips abroad) and she treated me like a king. She said she has been looking for the birth certificates but can't find them but soon she may have to figure out a way to get copies. It's been 6 months since the USCIS received our visa application, so I anticipate a decision any time now. If it's approved then we will be on to the next step of the interview and medical exam and I don't know how those will go at all.
  8. I did not provide birth certificates. The application asked if my fiancé was ever married. The answer is no. Then it asked if the children live with her. The answer is yes. I was not asked to provide any more information but I suspect she will have to provide all three birth certificates at the interview, assuming the application is even approved, and that’s where the trouble will be.
  9. My browser is garbage apparently and won't let me respond to individual posts but to answer most of these responses, I don't believe she ever lied to me. She told me from the beginning that the children's fathers were not on the birth certificates. The girls (11 and 7) have two different fathers also. It was just recently that she mentioned she put fake fictional names on them just to fill the spaces. I told her I believe this will cause a HUGE problem, but she explained that they do this all the time in Ukraine (She's Ukranian btw) and everyone there understands this. I have known her for a year and a half and I have spent 40 days with her this year on four trips to Europe. I have no reason to suspect that she is being disingenuous with me but I'm sure smarter men have been fooled by women. Aaron2020- I told her the US isn't like Ukraine and they will not accept this. Mike E- She applied for a tourist visa 15 years ago and was denied because of her low English ability at the time.
  10. The K-1 Visa did not ask for information about the fathers. It asks if the children live with the beneficiary to which I replied yes. I submitted everything required by the instructions and birth certificates were not listed as a requirement and I only recently found out this information about the fake fathers and it has me very concerned. Last year she told me she didn't list the fathers, so I assumed the father section was left blank because my own daughter here did this on her child's birth certificate. My granddaughter has no father listed on hers, so I assumed this was a possibility. Then a few days ago when I tell her to collect certain information, including birth certificates, in preparation for the interview, she tells me she listed fake names and assures me that she has researched this herself and it will not affect anything because "she has full custody of her children." I told her I am skeptical of that because I'm afraid immigration will not accept that.
  11. My fiancé has two children (11 & 8) with different fathers. She says they are not on the birth certificates and rarely ever see the girls. The girls have her surname. She says on the birth certificates she listed fake names for the fathers. I am under the impression that the fathers will have to give permission for the girls to come to the United States but she says that is not so. I am also concerned about the fake names on the birth certificates. It has been five months since our K-1 a visa application was received by USCIS so I expect a response soon and I want to be prepared for what is next. Thanks for responding.
