Hello, I had my interview on the 13th and was refused via 221g blue form for more documents that i sent in the next day and delivered friday. I see on the embassy website it says it usually takes 60 days to resolve administrative processing but just wanted to get some datapoints to see if this is the upper bound or lower bound of the timeframes. For those who had their immigrant visa refused for more documents, how long after mailing it in did you receive a decision (approval aka issued).

Hello, i am looking at the instructions for the embassy and i have registered my appt for the actual interview but there is no way to schedule the biometrics appt. My friend who also did this in his embassy in another country had to do bio and interview on separate days. Lets say you weren't approved at the interview and the consulate said they needed more info before making a decision. After you send in the docs and lets say you are denied due to an inadmissibility (say past fraud finding). How is this denial conveyed to the intending immigrant. Do they send you an email or they ask you to come back in without you knowing you are going to be denied. Or will the status on the ceac status checker say denied?

gotcha, yeah i am the beneficiary but i went to middle/hs school in the US so wanted to see if i have any records.

I would like to see if i have any records on that since i did a state public court search (clean) and fbi character check (should come back clean) just want to cover my bases. Also if something does show up on that does it need to be mentioned on the DS-260/160 (is it like an official court or something else).
