With everyone's positive feedback about contacting their congressperson, I also reached out to mine earlier this week. They asked us to fill out a basic information form so they could represent our case. Today, we received the long-awaited email requesting medical records, passport, and photos. Interview Date: July 2023

Yes, I received one on Sept 18th.

My DS-260 was open the entire time i beleive. I did make changes to it earlier this year as I had to renew my passport so resubmitted with new number and expire date.

Interview July 21st,2023 still nothing on our end either.

Follow up with the same email you originally sent. They responded within 2 hours(to my follow up email) saying they have returned the passport, and followed by the tracking number from courier agency. Received my passport day after this. Clearly they ignored my request the first time...
