We are planning to get married in late January and send the papers in February. I want to have the medical exam done before that. Is there a expiration date for this form?

I mean if I have the medical exam in December will it still be valid in February?

My question was more towards me filling out I-864A since my fiancee will not meet the poverty requirement. I can do this right?

My fiancee and I will get married in January. She is a grad student but she is graduating in May. She has been earning 20K for the last 2 years. I am (Turkish citizen) making more than the poverty line.

Can I still sponsor myself even though she may not be earning any money after May 2008?

Should we look for a co-sponsor from the beginning?

PS: She is applying for a pharmacy school but we wouldn't know if she is accepted until March. If not, she would look for jobs.
