    I'd say the passport photos were 25 months old. They were submitted with our application to USCIS. Our lawyer in China said it was fine but she was wrong. Still waiting now.

    I would say yes. We just got a new 221g asking for new passport photos.

    I met face to face one time within the 2 years, but I went to China and traveled with her to the embassy. She took brand new photos and my passport in with her to show I was there with her. Officer was impressed.
