  1. Hello, I hope you can give me some insight in the following situation: My american husband is currently in the military and I (german) am waiting for my adjustment of status in the states right now. His contract with the military runs out and he decided to take the offer to study because the military will pay for the college and gives him money to "live" although he is not in the military anymore. Is it a problem that he doesn't have a "job" anymore in about a month and just studies? He will still get an "income" from the military, he just won't have a job anymore. The "income" he gets would still meet the annual requirement of income. Do we have to tell the USCIS? Is it even allowed for a sponsor to not have a job and just study? I haven't found any info on a case like this so I hope you guys can help me. Thank you!
