Yes my visa status changed to issued. embassy didn’t email me saying it’s approved. I just got the passport tracking. recieved passport with the stamp on.

I did pay for premium processing. I got tracking information yesterday and got delivery this afternoon at my home.

The consular officer processing your visa application has requested that you provide us with the following information: Dates of all entries into and exits out of the USA since 2008 and class of admission (B1/B2, F1, H1b) – if applicant has old passport, provide copy of all pages and any I-94s received (if she still has possession of them). Copies of all notices for approvals of change of status ( I-797); Copies of all employment authorization cards issued to the applicant; Any documentation regarding the appeal of the H1B denial and subsequent appeal

No. i am family based. I had applied for Greencard thru my mother. I was in usa for 12 years on multiple visas.

It changed status on the Ceac website to Issued Have not received the passport tracking information.

So they kept my passport and said they will let me know if they need additional document. my interview was on Friday so Monday they emailed me and the title of the email said - MTL2020****** - SAN****, ASH*** NOO*** - DS-5535 They emailed me a list of documents they needed. Does anyone know if once you ask them for passport while they are processing the case, how much time do they respond and send it back in ? I have to travel on December 11th , by when should I ask them for passport to make sure I get it in time. I am still wishful they will approve my visa by then

Hello, i received ds5535 as well interview date October 21st - Friday. got an email from them on 24th October asking for additional documents. Does anyone know How much time do they take to verify paperwork and go thru that ? they have my passport

Started with basic questions who petitioned ? my moms address and my sisters address ( who is my joint sponsor) my moms address their w2 income verification how old was I when I moved to usa ? and if I over stayed. and that’s when I gave them my lawyers letter that explained it all. so they said they will go through the letter later but explain in my words, which I did and she said we will do additional processing and get back to u. if we need any documents we will let u know.

They did not ask for additional documents, just said additional processing needs to be done and if need more documents we will get back to you, and kept my passport. I am just wondering how much time frame it takes for this process ? I had everything packed and ready to move. I had letters from my lawyers that explained I though overstayed in the system but it doesn’t make me inadmissible

Hello, does anyone know if you get refusal letter under 221 and were told by immigration officer that additional processing needs to be done. but they kept my passport, how much longer will it be before they respond ? I’m on caec site, case number shows refused but letter says additional processing required. does anyone have any experience in that ?

@F2B-DQ_dec20 the bottom one is basically when they send invitation letter to submit documents. and top one is the actual current priority date. hope the dates will start moving soon and you should get ur interview call.

@F2B-DQ_dec20 ur priority date is not current. so till that don’t become current, they won’t schedule ur interview.

@Blueeyes1989 basically I was waiting for my H1B reply after f1 and my h1b was denied and I filed for MTR after that, which was denied 1st time and acccepted 2nd time but I had left country by then. so the status I was under was called f1 d/s so was wondering if you guys knew anything about it.

My lawyer mentioned that i do not need to upload any updated tax returns and PCC to CEAC i just need to take them along with me for interview. Has anyone ever heard of F1 - D/S exempted from 10 year bar?

I did the blood work and it showed in the blood work that I have immunity for it. Is there some other change on hepatitis B do I need ?

Quick Question, Do I need India PCC again? last PCC I have is from August 2020 I have applied for Canada PCC right now again , but not for India. I haven't been to India in 13 years Can you please suggest.

it lets me register the account. but it wont let me schedule the interview. it says my case number isnt ready for appointment. not sure how to even get to courier service page.
