Hi guys! Really appreciate for the response. I’ve been a bit busy lately. Anyway, I just wanna keep you update about my case in case someone needs help. My 90 days open window is 11/13. —As I said I downloaded and signed the 2 weeks early.
—I wrote the exact date 11/13 when I signed the form.
—My husband sent the package by mistake on 11/12. One day early the 90 days open window
— The package is delivered and signed on 11/15
— I received the text notification on 11/18
— I got the mail today 11/22 that my green card is extended for 24 months.
Again thanks for the reply and i wish you all the best of luck. -

they send my whole package back with the reject explanation
Will they send you a receipt number? Like MSC....
I filled on time, and I was worried that they would reject me. But I got a receipt number this morning MSC...So I'm not sure if they accepted my form or is it a rejection

Hi Guys! This must be a dumb question but I was wondering how will I know if the office rejected my package? Do they send out a notification about the rejection?

Did you sign and date the cover letter and Form I-175 with a date equal or later than 11/13? If so, you'll be fine, given it got delivered on the 15th.
Hi! I signed and date the cover letter two days early 11/11, does that matter? omg I didn't know they will pay attention to the cover letter. Since it's not mandatory. However, for the form I-751 i wrote an equal date which it's exactly on 11/13. Should I write the date later than 11/13??

your window opened 11/13. it was delivered to them on 11/15.
why would they reject it?
stop overthinking things.
Lool I literally thought they will see the day I dropped off the package in the UPS. I mean they start counting the day I dropped the form and see if I meet that "90 day". But yup! You right I guess I'm to nervous. Hopefully I will get the notification soon.
Thanks

I would not do it. There is always a chance it may get there a day earlier. Downside risk is too much if it gets there early - they receive your application, realize it was sent too early, reject the application and then send it back to you- this could take a month. In the bigger picture, one or two days will not make much of a difference.
However you decide to proceed, make sure your application and cover letter is dated NO earlier than 90 days window.
I'm kinda in panic now because I dropped my I-751 package on 11/12 in ups, and my 90 day window opens is 11/13. However, the package is delivered and signed by one of the USCIS Phoenix officer on 11/15. Will they reject me?
Again thank you so much for your timing and advice! Wishing all the good luck on your application as well.

No please don't do this! There are posts here on this site of those getting there whole packets returned because it got there too early! There is no rush. You have 90 days! Our window opens today and we are not sending anything until after Thanksgiving.

In the October 2021 I-751 filers spreadsheet one person sent their I-751 at 91 days out. It was delivered within the lawful window and an NOA1 with an extension was returned. The dates on the NOA1 were all within the 90 day window.
Omg I'm so panic now. Hopefully they wont reject...

I don’t see why they would given it was delivered after your 90 day window started. But you will know in a week or two.
Why did you sent it a day early?
I told my husband to send it on the exact day, he just messed it up, and I was out of the town. Will the USCIS officer count those shipping days within those 90 days?Or is the 90-day window open the day the USCIS officer received the i751 package?
