    Good morning, I just got a denial letter for my i485 and just found out that a rfe was sent to my old address a year ago that I did it even know about .I am still unsure if this is the real reason why I got denied because I submitted a ar11 form the same week I moved and got a confirmation email months before that rfe was mailed. Has anyone ever experienced something similar to this and what were the steps you used to overcome ? Should I reopen this case or just get a lawyer to take care of it

    I’m willing to do some counseling and try to work things out if it’s the only way I can stay with my kids , it’s just a constant battle day by day . But I’ll definitely look into some counseling and get things right ! I appreciate the information from you guys

    yes and it’s my wife , we did get married in December 2021 and filed in march 2022. I arrived on a m1 visa

    I am in the process of getting a green card through marriage and I would like to know if I can do anything to remain here legally and work after I divorce my spouse . Things aren’t working out and it’s getting toxic and depressing but I don’t want to leave my kids and get deported .I already have my social and work permit ,what can I do to stay and work ?

    Okay so I have a sibling that is trying to apply for their visa to visit me , would it be a good idea for them to put my name on their application as who they are going to stay with considering my pending status ?

    Does anyone know or had an experience of traveling out the U.S on advance parole or temporary travel document and not being able to return ? I understand there’s a chance that custom border might give an issue even if u travel out on the travel document and I’m tying to travel to my home country for about two weeks , please help .
