  1. When is my fiancee expected to return the I-94W and to whom?

My fiancee is visiting me on the visa waiver program in a few days. I know when she leaves the port of entry she should have the I-94w green form in her possession. When it's time to go back to Japan she will get on a plane at Little Rock and then get on another flight at Dallas.

  2. I did some research on sending money to Japan and I came up with some interesting results. For large amounts ($10000 and up) I listed them in the most bang for your buck, with the amount given, less fees and dollar to yen spreads, assuming a published 109 yen to the dollar rate for $10000.:

    1. Post office money order, 1074944 yen

    2. XETrade.com, 1069985

    3. Visitor ATM, 1060000

    4. Direct wire from your bank, 1059975

    5. Ikobo.com, 1057150

Each of these has their advantages and disadvantages

    1. Post office money order: $700 max per money order, $10000 max per day

    2. XEtrade: 2 week sign-up process

    3. Visitor ATM: 50000 yen per day max withdrawal

    4. Direct wire from bank: Might be charged excessive fees on both ends

    5. Ikobo.com: max $1000 per card, max 50000 yen per ATM

    Anybody have additional options?

  3. Just got NOA2!! I am surprised because we had some errors on our G-325a that I discovered after the fact. I was all ready to go, expecting an RFE for that. Also I expected an RFE because of lack of evidence of our meeting. All I sent in was three photographs, with handwritten dates. I sent in my I-129f before I discovered visajourney. Just goes to show--the process is fairly unpredictable. Thank God! Maybe this process will be shorter than I originally thought. Keep hope alive!

  4. Hello. I'm just checking in with the Japan filers. I haven't had much happen with our case so far. But since I filed I found this forum and so now I am sort of expecting an RFE because of some errors in the biographic information and also I gave virtually no evidence of having been together for the past 2 years. I just sent some pictures. My explanation of how we met was one sentence. I was stationed at Yokota for the past two years and now I'm in Arkansas, but I gave no proof of that either. So I guess I'll see how it goes. We're planning to get married in June 08.
