  1. Thank you for the very helpful information! The beneficiary lives in Dubai, UAE, so do you think we don't even need to worry about updating the mailing address? Would doing so just slow the process down for us?
  2. Hello all, My beneficiary no longer resides, nor receives mail, at the addresses we indicated in the original form I-129. We received notice a few days ago that our K-1 Visa Application had been approved by USCIS, and was being transferred to the National Visa Center. Our question is, should we get in contact with the National Visa Center to update the beneficiary's mailing address so that they don't mail important documents to him at an old address? If so, what's the best way to get in contact with them? Or will the NVC reach out via other means (email, notice to petitioner, etc.)? Thanks! Matt and Haofeng
  3. USCIS needs to receive additional documentation of my termination of previous marriages, though I was never married, and I incorrectly checked both the "single" and "widowed" box on my I 129F. I have always been single, legally. Would a signed statement, stating that I've been single, and incorrectly checked the "widowed" box, be enough to submit? Or do I need more documentation?
