The OP loses all credibility to discuss others' comments written in "terribly" English, with their own disregard for correct grammar and proper use of punctuation. A person's age goes up by one each year, no more no less. Has anyone ever been able to sponsor their entire village with an approved I-864 before they get a green card? And isn't this a family based immigration community? As far as English being a requirement for immigration, how can we ask that of potential immigrants when we don't hold our own citizens to that standard. Sachinky, not every immigrant comes from a country where English is spoken, or have had the opportunity to go to college in the US. This is a nation of immigrants, even the American Indians were immigrants at one time. So unless you are from the Greater Rift Valley in Africa where it is believed the human species originated, your ancestors immigrated from somewhere else.

were not in any danger. If it was HIM that filed the no contact order against you that's another story entirely. You are not clear on this.

That however doesn't help the fact that you feel your marriage has been irretrivably broken, so the answer to your question is that

he will probably leave if you ask him to but if not,

you have to get a divorce lawyer and file a complaint.

Once the case goes before the judge

he is likely to order that if you ask for it.

That may take a month or longer.

This is a domestic issue separate from your immigration issue.

The two are related but in the eyes of the court, separate because

the court doesn't care if you withdraw your sponsorship or not.

Its not confusing. You need to list all your children's names and their address and immigration status. So you will say 'Legal permanent resident' for him. My son is a USC. I wrote US Citizen.

1) they are married 2 years and never adjusted status (arrived on K-1)

2) No I-485 filed so no I-864 to "take back"

3) If in the end if she attempts to self petition it is not the OP's problem... he needs to protect himself and get out of the way and not be party to any fraudulent application

If she entered on a K1 visa, you both have to get married and file for AOS. Thats the only way for her to adjust her status. If you have not married her yet then talk to her about how its not working out and just buy her a one way ticket back. If you both are married then file for a divorce and pull your I-864 before the GC is approved.

Be careful in your dealings with her and document all the threats you are getting from her and her family and make sure she does not claim abuse by you and family. That is the path a lot of people will take who are only looking for a GC.

I never received a notice. and like the previous poster, I did it online as well. That was my confirmation. When my husband did his change of address for his I-864, he did receive a notice. So I guess it's different for each type of address change.

Exactly. I did not receive a receipt for change of address and I sent the AR-11 and changed address online too. My husband received a receipt of confirmation as he was the sponsor and filled out the I-865.

I received a reminder for ROC from USCIS at the old address after I changed my address but since then everything else has been sent to the current address (NOA1 and Biometrics letter).

Instructions: If more than 30 days have elapsed since your NOA1 date and you have not received your biometrics appointment letter, you can call the NCSC (their number is on your NOA1) and put in service request to the service center which you filed (CSC or VSC) to find out the status of the biometrics appointment letter. Make sure to verify the home address and mailing address (if any) with them on the phone. You can also request to speak to an immigration officer (you may have to ask at least twice to be transferred) to get your CR I-89 receipt number, (it is the receipt number of the biometrics letter) so that you can track your case online.
