Don't worry about ur case taking 2 months to get to the NVC. They lost our papers after they were approved. Just 1 off case (a military expedite too!!) Relax and enjoy ur trip. Everything will be fine.

Get ur spouse in India a bit more proactive i this process. They can do certain things there that you will not be able to take care of all the time. It is always good to have both of you involved and be knowledgeable.
