Is Covid-19 vaccination mandatory for I-485 or all ages? I'm applying for 2 kids ages 15 & 8.

I have filled up 3 I-485 forms and want to get them reviewed by a lawyer before I send them out. I looked for local lawyers but they are all interested in handling the entire case and not offering form review services. If I hire a lawyer for the 3 cases it will cost me a lot of money hence looking for a lawyer to just review them and let me know the corrections/issues and answer my questions. Appreciate if anyone could provide some direction here as how I can find a lawyer for the review service. Thanks!

I have come across somewhere that I-485 could be filed online. Is that true? Doe sit mean that I can upload all the documents including the forms and the supporting documents online?

Yes, before the K1 visa they got only a portion of the vaccinations on the forms DS-3025 and have been told that the rest of them needed to be done during AOS. I need to schedule an appointment with a civil surgeon to get this done to get the forms I-693.

Just wondering if they needed separate I-864 forms then why is that they asked for all the people I'm sponsoring on Page 2?

Hi, I have filled in the I-485 applications for my wife and her two kids (son-15, Daughter-8) and have the following questions: 1) I'm not using an attorney to file the 485 applications and doing it myself so just wondering if I should use an attorney to just review the applications and the I-864 application and the supporting evidence in order or not. Where can I find such an attorney who can can just review and let me know what I'm missing or any corrections are needed? If anyone used such services what's a reasonable fee I should expect? 2) Do I need to fill three I-864 (affidavit of support) forms, one for each application or one I-864 can be used for all three I-485 forms? 3) Regarding the immunizations all of the three got some of the vaccinations before the K1 visa interview and the kids got some for the upcoming school admission from the health department. There are still some balance vaccinations to be done I think. My wife has the COVID-19 vaccination but not the kids so I should get the COVID-19 vaccinations done now for the kids from the health department? Even the 8 year old should get the COVID-19 vaccination? Appreciate your responses in the same order. Thanks much!

I have married my fiance from Ukraine and I'm filling the I-485 form and got confused with these questions on the form. Appreciate your responses in the same order of my questions below: 1) What is that I need to enter for 25a? It is not taking numbers so couldn't type K1 (as mentioned in the I-94 for admission status) 2) What shall I enter for 27? I know married is not the immigration status so shall I enter K1 3) This doesn't apply to my wife, right? What I read and understood that derivative applicant is the spouse of the person applying for adjustment of status or a child below 21 year of age. Is my understanding right? 4) I should include our wedding too and answer, right? 5) Do I need to put in the I-129F K1 visa petition receipt number here? 6) Can I skip answering "Yes" or "No" for questions like 63b as I answered "No" to 63.a? Thanks but was thinking. Right now her SSN says "Allowed to work with DHS authorization" and if I select "Yes" to both then will she get an updated SSN card with different language on it?

I married my fiance who came to the US on K-1 visa from Ukraine. Applied for SSN after wedding and received the card with the text "Legally allowed to work with DHS Authorization" so can she work wherever she wants or have to wait for the green card process to start and get the EAD card at some point?
