Hmm we'd like to apply for CR1 with my husband, but we haven't filed our application yet, and my ESTA expires in February 2023. Does that mean if we file now and my ESTA expires I'll probably won't be able to get another one?

Not a huge issue, just looking at the form and I'm a bit confused and I'm guessing they wouldn't deny us if I missed an employer, but I wouldn't wanna miss anything. So they ask for addresses and jobs from the last 5 years, but is it enough to enter a job that I started in the November of 2017 in 2022 May, or should I enter the one before as well? Do those couple of months matter?

We haven't filed K1 yet because my boyfriend lost his job and we were thinking we'd wait until he finds a new job so we could prove that he could financially support me. There were a couple of times when I sent him a bit of money to help him out (he had technical issues getting his unemployment) so my question is that when we submit evidence, would it be helpful to include that, since it would show that we're in a real relationship, or would it shed a negative light on him? Obviously we want to gather as much evidence as we can but I don't know if that would help us or not. I don't know how normal that is. Maybe I'm overthinking Hope that makes sense.
