Good evening everyone, what should I do if I don't want to wait for the administrative process, and just get married and apply for a residence file. can i get married immediately after 221g. is there a procedure to follow?

I went to the interview today, and I was given a 221g sheet containing this, what should I do?which prohibits the granting of a visa to anyone who marries or becomes engaged for the sole purpose of obtaining immigration benefits
