We are pleased to inform you that the approved I-129F fiancé(e) visa petition filed on your behalf has been received at the US Embassy, Tokyo.
To continue processing your case, we strongly encourage you to mail listed documents below as soon as possible (before your interview). Some of your documents may take several months to obtain as they need to be original. Please make sure all information is legible, complete and accurate.
*IMPORTANT*
If the documents are NOT in English, you must attach an English translation. Please attach a photocopy of your original documents if you wish your original documents returned to you.
Original Birth Certificate issued by the PSA office for you
Original divorce decree for you in Japan if any
Original Cenomar issued by the PSA office for you
(Certificate of no marriage/advisory on marriages – the court records do not have to be reflected)
Copy of your residence card (front and back)
Original previous passport(s) if any
(Statement explaining the unavailability of your previous passports, if not available)
DS-160 confirmation page, copy of passport bio page, and two photos for you (for each applicant)
All your documents you submit will be retained in your file for your visa interview.
