  1. Thanks a lot for the clarification - that helps I managed to find my wife's high school and Uni certificates so that should be sufficient as you said. P.S - Yeah I read it for first time assuming it was baby's birth date, but as you re-read it more times the wording gets more confusing.
  2. Hi all, We're about to start the CRBA & first passport process for our newborn baby. My wife has a US passport, I am an Alien with my EU passport (and CR1 approved). We fall info the following category: Child Born Abroad in Wedlock to a U.S. Citizen and an Alien - which says: Now the dumb question (sorry), are those above dates for the birth of child, or for the birth of the US citizen patent? Any help clarifying this would be much appreciated. M
  3. Thanks, I think I may have joined a wrong FB group. I found the right group now, so will try that! Thanks for your help
  4. I appreciate this is an older thread - but does anyone know how to find this us embassy alerts what's app group?
  5. You can attend the interview without the medical exam. I had my interview last week & my medical results weren't on the system. You'll receive refusal pending the medical and once your medical is complete/posted to the embassy, they will put your case to administrative processing. After a day or so in administrative processing they will issue your visa. I would book the earliest interview since you don't know if the backlog wait will change. Hope all goes well :)
