  3. they were in the process of getting their visa, all paperwork were approved they just needed their medical appointment made and interview schedule but the Embassy shut down and now i don’t know what to do to get them out

  5. If someone from Haiti visits the U.S on a passport, how long are they able to remain in the U.S before having to go back
  6. My mom’s application has been approved at every step for some time now. All the paper work is done. Unfortunately she is in Haiti and the next step was for her to get an interview date for her medical examination and visa but due to the high rate of crime, i understand the U.S embassy has shut down till at least 2026, therefore is there anyway i can fly her to the U.S then try to adjust her status and request that the process resumes up here? How long can someone remain in a foreign country on a passport from Haiti? Please help
  7. Apologies for the amount of questions i have, i just want to do this right. I have not seen my mother in about 20 years now.. For the civil documents, it is not allowing me to click on that tab, wluld i have to submit the affidavit and other forms first?
  8. Because On the U.S Department of State website it does show i can upload the I-864 form as well as my W2, so i would imagine i have to just physically sign it then scan it and submit it online? Therefore do i resubmit my passport, naturalization certificate etc..?
  9. Also on the checklist i noticed it said “For U.S citizens of U.S nationals, a copy of your birth certificate, passport, or certificate of naturalization or citizen ship” would i have to submit all of this again? In a packet then mail it?
  10. I am currently having trouble with Part 3 (Information about the immigrants you are sponsoring) do i leave this page blank since in per 2 my mother is already listed as the principle immigrant? To file this form, i believe i have to mail it in since i am physically signing it correct? Or do i sign it physically then scan it and submit it online? I understand my W2 is needed to be submitted as well.
  11. Perfect… also, it asks for me to list my morher’s previous addresses since she she turned 16 but we have a slight language barrier, i am just wondering if a couple addresses would suffice.
  12. So i would have to provide her log in for them correct? Not just the username?
  13. I believe there’s a slight misunderstanding, this is not on the form. It is asking if my mother has ever used social media and if so then provide her information for her Facebook
  14. Understood thank you. But my question was, do i need to provide their log in information into Facebook where it ask for their log in information
  15. I am filling out her forms and it is asking for their Facebook log in if i am understanding it correctly, do i really have to provide that?
