  1. Definitely wait for the the CFO. They sometimes hold it when they look for other requirement that you can't provide lol. Welcome to the Philippines. I guess? It's crazy here.
  2. Sometimes yea, like for a month or so expired. They allow that. Because sometimes you lose track of time. And here in Philippines, no one ever asked for my husband's ACR-I card going everywhere. So, it's kind of useless really. Then we totally forgot about it lol like for a year 😂 Anyway, we'll just go at bureau of immigration and we'll see what happens. Pray for us please! Thank you! If you want an update just ask away:)
  3. Thank you for your reply sir. My husband has expired ACR-I card. Year 2020 he was balikbayan visa after a year he needed to extend staying here in the Philippines that's why he got ACR-I card. From balikanbayan visa to ACR-I card. Then after a few years of extending it we forgot about it he's been here for almost 5 years. He's ACR card is almost a year expired. We only remember it now because we're leaving the Philippines to USA in December. My immigrant visa is gonna expire in December if we don't leave by then. There is no use for him to renew his ACR-I card now because we're about to leave anyway. Again thank you kindly. If you can share more about ECC exit clearance. Please do share it to me. Otherwise we're just gonna have to go to the office of bureau of immigration.
  4. Hi, Does anybody here know if you can exit Philippines with expired ACR I card? Anybody here tried leaving the Philippines with expired ACR I card? What happened ? Or what's the deal in the airport if they find out you have expired ACR? Are they gonna let you leave or not?
  5. Hi, Case- I-R1/CR-1 Spousal Visa For those who have experienced or who have knowledge about the CFO/GFP certificate with sticker. Kindly share me your knowledge. Thank you in advance. I'm about to leave the Philippines to USA for the first time in December. Got my visa and stuff. But one thing came up. I don't know how, I just ended up clicking random website from my phone. You know -- was just searching.. "everything I need to do or know before moving to US from the PH for the first" time something like that. Then I saw the CFO/GFP certificate with sticker. If it wasn't because of me searching random things before I leave. I might have booked the ticket to US without knowing I need this certificate. I'm just wondering. If that happens and I'm at the airport already ready to fly. Would they stop me because I don't have that CFO/GFP certificate? Or is there exceptions? Would they still allow me to leave my country or not? Would my ticket be wasted?
