      I am not really sure why it took 2 years for us to get the noa2 but it was K-1 petition and i contacted everyone including the white house about the hold up....they never denied the application for visa for him but they waited until it was expired petition then sent it back to the states as expired petition.....i never heard from the state about it after it was returned...most of our problems i believe came from the fact he was engaged once before to someone from the states that pulled the pe...
