On May 23th, they called me for N400 interview and I went with my wife. They called only me for N400 but even they asked if my wife is here they did not do I-751 interview, they said I have a lot of docs they don't have enought time on that day. Also they said maybe they would not call me for I751 and I don't have to be for an interview again. On July 28th, they call me for I-751 interview and it was pretty strong. Thet first called me and first of all ask me " I am a professional, if you say any lie I will catch you" Anyways, after the interview he said our 2 answers is not matching about our house and he said that I have a red flag about something my fast marriage. I mean, I met up with my wife and I married in 3 months. Then, after interview, he said " you guys so unique and keep your relationship like this. ( We have a lot of strong proof) . He said I will get a decision in a month. At the same day, my account updated " interview was completed and your case must be reviewed" It has been about 4 days more than 2 month but I haven't heard any different things. Only I called them yesterday to get infopass apoointment because my another infopass would be expired in a month.  Any comment or advice, I would appreciate.  Best Regards,

No questioned asked in the interview it was easy fast 15mins 

Case pending since may 2019

Inquring only resulted in my file is under extended review

I have filed for n400 in august  

I am dure they got some red flags as they did not adjust my i751

I have conpletion date says 6 months but i doubt it 

My i751 wont get to a decision until they prob interview me for the n400

i had to wait a whole year to get my interview date scheduled for my I 751 (assuming because of COVID)… finally on August 5th I had my interview and I was not approved. They said they needed to check some things.

 

Today… finally after 2 months I received a notification that my card was being produced! No RFEs or second interviews! 

Good for you i had bern waiting for over 6 months post interview

Even thought my local office show a long processing time for the N400, when I log in to my USCIS account, it shows that the decision to my casi should be made in around 4 months from now.

Most of the compleition dates they give are inaccurate but crossing fingers ffor yiu

I took my InfoPass last week. They stamped my passport and took the 2 year green card back. I asked about my case which is out of 120 days after the interview. Same answer that I I have to wait and no completion time yet. I brought my new tax, new car tittle, and new insurance. I tried to ask the officer to put it in my files but she said I shouldn't do that since it will mess up the case. Only submit documents when they ask.

 

Today I received an email "we have taken an action on your case and we need your attention." Turn out they have scheduled my N-400 interview on June 24. The letter didn't said that I should bring my wife so I think it will not be a combo and we won't be interviewed for the 3rd time. I'll just bring her with me just in case they ask 😪 I'm kind of happy to see the movement.

When did you file your n400 and feild office

I did indeed file both a request and contacted an Ombudsman. USCIS said to wait for the reply by Aug 23, and Im still waiting (don't think that's happening). The ombudsman said they sent their request to USCIS and would get back to me. Honestly, I'm just losing all hope.

No interviews have been scheduled. All they did was take my fingerprints.

Inqueries never resulted in any thing we dont already know

Filing n400 during i751 pending will delay both applications nows days vs old thinking n400 would expeidate

Senator and my inquiry resulted in the same answer but the recent one they said the fike is at nbc and they dont have anything to add

2017 filed i751 based on marridge 

In may 2019 filed divorce waiver And requested to void the older file

October 2019 bio taken

april 2021 interview

august 2021 filed n400 based on 5 years

Divorxe waiver filed may 2019 bio october 2019

Interview april 2021 held at local miami feild offkce Interview was short and mainly going over bio

Sinxe then 5 months no decision made inquiry said file is under extended review 

Does any one knows what it means

I also filed n400 august 2022 and now file is at nbc 

Would that delay i751 even further

Hey everyone i filed may 2019 src service 

Had ibterview on april 2021 divorce waiver

Interview went wrll and was short 10 mins with basic questions ans rhen by the end of intervieq io gave me peice of paper with address and asked me to conplete the dates i resided in these address and sign.

Ita been over 5 months after interview 

Inquiry reveled under extended review

I filed n400 aug 2021 and now my case stilp under extended review and wad moved to nbc due to n400 filing.

A) what are the possibilities nbc approved i751 prior to feature n400 interview.

B) GIVING FACT i751 is under eztended review would i expect another interview aka stroke for i751 and n400 

C) does filing n400 slow down my i751 decision until n400 interview
