I only included the 2007 tax return in my AOS. One portion of the form asks for the 3 years income, because I can't find my husbands 2005 ITR, I used the SS file as the basis of his income that year.

Got my EAD in the mail, according to the date it was approved Aug 23 and valid for 1 year. Now time for job hunting!!!!

I know! Same here. Also a *bunch* of June filers, most if not all CSC transferees, were touched yesterday. I wonder what they are doing with our stuff! This is making me anxious.

I hope it's a good thing. Last touch on my EAD was on July 7, it wasn't even touch after my bio.

Seems like we got transferred to CSC the same day. Anyways, good luck to all of us still waiting.

Another touch today

Got a touch today. I hope it's a good sign and not a freaking RFE.

I am also a K1 and this is the first time I heard about that registration with the USCIS within 30 days thing. The only thing the immigration officer in my POE told me is that "I need to marry my fiance within 90 days after my arrival or else I have to go back home". As long as you get married within the 90 days period, you are fine.

I see you are on a K3, I think you will likely will have an interview because majority of the cases transferred to CSC are K1s.

Sorry everyone, I kind of did this backwards and posted my original comment without reading the other comments first. Can I blame this one on stress?

I now see that a lot of others are asking the same thing so I will try to be patient with the rest of those that have not been transfered yet.

Should I be worried/concerned?

My husband is here on his K-3 Visa. Since his arrival, we have started our AOS and EAD Journey. I've been looking at other VJ'ers time lines and I've noticed that it seems that within a week or so of their Biometrics Appointment, a lot of people are noting that their case was transfered to CSC.

I keep checking our case online and neither the AOS or EAD has been touched since the 25th (day of the Bio Appt.) Is this something to worry about?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

In my 6 days here I have yet to meet a filipino i flew from manila to nagoya to detroit...everything went well until i got there. then northwest had problems with the flight from detroit to pvd...it got cancelled so i had to go to Ohio then to PVD. if u haven't bought ur ticket yet, dont fly NWA!! good food but not so nice service

I'm flying Manila to HK via Cathay, then HK to Chicago, Chicago to PVD via United on April 20. My fiance had bad experience with NWA before. I hope it's not too cold anymore when I get there.

I filled up all my forms online.

It is the DS 157 that will be validated by the bank when you pay the Visa application fee. The bank gave me a blank DS 157 with the validation in the back, then attached it to my filled up DS 157 form.

After 35 days and dozens of phone calls to the USEM my visa was finally delivered today.

As per the release of visa, I think it's a case to case basis. I was also given pink slip and not on AR as I believe, document verification was never mentioned and NO white paper (221g) was given, yet I am still waiting for my visa after more than a month.

My interview was Feb 7 and I'm still waiting for my visa.

Hi! I just called the embassy today and Ms. Grace told me that my visa is for send out.

I suggest that you also call the embassy and ask about the status of your visa. Who knows, your visa is on the way too.

I paid the verification fee 5 weeks before my interview(feb 7). After interview the consul said I was approved and in window 37 they gave me my appointment letter and pink slip then paid P165 for visa delivery.

Till now, no visa yet.

I'm from Pangasinan too, San Jacinto. I finished my accounting degree in Luzon Colleges but now working in Manila.

I'll be with my fiance by April, he's from RI.

The birth of a child shall be registered within thirty days (30) days from the time of birth.

If it is registered beyond 30 days then it is considered late. I think there is a portion in the birth certificate for the date of registration.
