I agree with a few other posters...Don't listen to all that "Stay no matter what" #######...
If you aren't happy, find a way to make you happy and go for it with all your heart.
If that means working on it, work on it and give it your all (let's hope your husband does the same). If that means walking away, do it with pride and respect for yourself.
None of the people on this website matter...what matters is you and your happiness and only you can provide that to yourself. Be true and follow your heart...it's your life, not ours.

He sounds like a total and complete loser. Wow, your relationship is so destructive, working illegally, driving without a license, DUI's and cheating. Ouch.
I would cut my losses and move on. You are worth more than this and deserve better, don't you?
