Hi everyone!
At the final stage now of the dcf process - have submitted ds260 and now trying to book the interview. Annoyingly there is only one date available next week and nothing else which does not give me enough time for medical results to reach the embassy.
Does anyone know what time/when/how often new dates are added/tend to open up?
Thank you!!

Has anyone filed dcf with exceptional circumstances through London recently? I’m wondering what timelines look like from i130 approval to interview? Has anyone filed in the last couple months and heard back before the 12 week mark?
My husband needs to go back to the US so I’m wondering how long we might be separated!

Thank you so much for the comment! So great to hear of someone who has filed through London recently.
Did you use a lawyer to file? What documents were needed. My husband has his BRP and his company want him back in the US in the new year. I am wondering when best to file however as he has only been here since June and don't want a rejection on grounds of him not being resident for 6 months! -
Are you sure on this? Did you file with a spouse not being resident for 6 months successfully?

Hi Everyone, does anyone know how long USC spouse would need to be a resident in the UK before filling for DCF. My husband only recently received his UK BRP card but is being transferred back to the US in a couple months? I saw on VJ that the 6 month requirement expired in 2014 - are we sure this is the case?
Has anyone filed for DCF having been resident in the UK less than 6 months?

While now 2022 I found timelines really helpful so wanted to share this here in the case someone else finds it helpful!
My husband and I filed through the London Embassy under DCF based on his company relocating him to the US.
We first sent the email form detailing the circumstance to the London Embassy in early November and received an email back with an appointment the following week to file the i130.
The i130 was approved on the spot but we then had to wait a full 12 weeks until we received our case number.
On the 12th week to the day (7th Feb) we emailed the embassy (Replying to the initial appointment notice) asking for our case number. Our lawyer filled out our DS260 and then we booked the medical. We then booked the interview exactly 1 week from the medical - they managed to get the medical results to the embassy in time for interview and was approved on the spot at interview with very few questions asked. The interview was last week and we received my passport and the visa packet on Tuesday! (2 working days later)
While incredibly stressful at times, we got there in the end and the DCF process was super quick and easy - a far better option than filing stateside for those that meet the requirement!
