    No we got a letter saying we exceded the 45 days to get the info back to them...today was only 30 days. I called and they dont seem to know what is going on.....I was told to write them a letter giving them the register number of the letter and explanation of what is going on. So for now they have refused his request for ITIN. I will try that route and see from there. I hope you are doing well.
