    Hi! You have helped me answer some questions in the past:) I hope your case at NVC stage is going smooth.  My I130 is at Potomac. PD is July 5th. I filed I129F as well in early october.  Nothing happened with the case until November 15 when it changed to Actively Being Reviewed. Nothing since then. I also checked under documents tab nothing there either. How long did your case stay under review?  Any information is much appreciated.

    Hi! Congrats on your quick approval:) I filed I130 few months ago for my spouse and filed I129F K3 last week. When you filed K3 did you get any acknowledgment from USCIS? How long did it take them to send you something saying they got your application? I sent it via USPS and it says it was picked up from PO Box # but nothing from USCIS yet:(  getting little worried

      Hello @nikmak :) I believe it took about 2 weeks to receive noa1 after it was delivered. It was assigned a petition number that corresponded with the center the i-130 was at. For us that was potomac. Don’t worry, they will let you know soon, within 2 weeks or a little after.

      Thank you! Our I130 is at Potomac as well. Hoping for a quick turn around time like yours:) my PD is in July though.
