I am moving to USA from Pakistan. I worked here in Pakistan and have some savings that I am planning to transfer to USA. My question is do: Q1... I will do a job in USA. So, I need to declare that amount to USA government either at the time when I file my tax return? or how I show/declare it to USA government? Is USA government ask me pay some tax on it? Q2.... My spouse will be house wife in USA. So, If I transfer this amount to my spouse name in USA then ? I need to declare it on my end ?

I would like to ask if I go on L1B Visa then it is more quickly for me to get green card via company sponsor ....or if I go on H1B visa then it is easy?

Which visa type easily leads to Green Card (Company Sponsor) H1 or L1 ? Why?

I already applied I-130 petition (for sibling). Now I am planning to apply petition for EB2 NIW. My question is "first i need to withdraw my I-130 petition and then apply new petition for EB2 NIW?". or it does not matter and both flow in parallel.
