We are getting ready to mail the I-130 to the Frankfurt office.  However, we were told that only US cashiers checks , US dollar money orders, and bank checks issued by a German bank in US dollars drawn on a US bank are accepted..  none of these seem easy in Germany, short of having someone mail a cashiers check/ money order to us from the US..
