I’m petitioner and I have son from previous marriage. he lives in USA with me. My wife is applicant and she doesn’t have any biological or adopted child. We submitted DS-260 for my wife. In DS-260 question “do you have any children”? we answer it as "NO" I didn’t read this in sample form until now “Provide the following information on each of your children (this includes all natural children. adopted children. and step children) Do you know if I need to send query to NVC to unlock DS-260? Or it’s okay the way form submitted and inform officer at interview?

I'm Petitioner and working on AOS documents. Question: other day and today (as well) when i was uploading document it gives this error "Please correct the following error(s): Select a File: Webservice unable to scan file." I close that uploading pop window and try to upload again. It seems like a document is uploaded. I want to make sure if the CEAS website status shows the document "UPLOADED" then it's really uploaded. I don't want to find out after 60 days (when they review these documents) to find out the document didn't get uploaded due to this error. I haven't submitted document yet. so, in case i need to do something i can!

It looks like I-864 uploaded is with DPI-100 perhaps that why its look a little blurry:(

Hello, I am petitioner and I scanned all 10 pages of I-864 and uploaded on CEAC (not submitted). After I uploaded I864, I noticed it looked a little blurry at 100% zoom level. with 75% zoom level it looks fine. I found another way to improve resolution with less 2MB file size (scan only signed page and insert into other pages of I864). My question is, is it Okay to delete I864 and replace it with new I864? I am a little hesitant since I864 is a required document and I don't want to mess things up.

Thank you pushbrk; I read few different places where W2 was requested even after submitting tax transcripts. Since I have W-2 and 1099 MISC handy; I am thinking to submit it.

Hello, I am preparing AOS documents. I have last 3 years tax transcripts. I thought I would merge all three into ONE file and submit. However, due to security feature I can't merge transcripts. I will upload all three transcripts separately. However, do you know if these transcripts are Ok to upload as is (since it contains some security features) or I need to print and scan these to remove security features. I don't think these transcripts are password protected. Thank you!!

I filled I-130 for my spouse CR1 and now I’m at the NVC stage!! Filling form I-864 Background: I’m employed with ONE company, and I get rental income from rental property. Since my salary is enough to sponsor; I’m thinking of providing my employment information and salary in PART-6 of I-864 rather than adding complexity by listing myself as self-employed (landlord) as well, is that ok? Also, I need help if I need to submit Schedule E (supplemental income and loss) and schedule D (capital gains) So far, I’m planning to submit following documents Last 3-year Tax return transcripts W2 and 1099 MISS Employment letter with salary amount Last 6 months paystub Do I need to submit Schedule E? (Since I had losses in two of three years) Do I also need to submit schedule D (which I had to file due to stocks gains) Thank you!!!

I filled I-130 for my spouse and now I’m at the NVC stage!! I need help deciding which form to submit 864 or 864EZ If I understand correctly, I qualify for 864EZ, since I'm the petitioner and ONLY beneficiary/applicant is my spouse. And the qualified income I’m using is entirely on my salary. However, I have side income so I get another(2nd) W2 and fill tax on it; it shows in my taxes. Is it safe to submit 864? I’m afraid if I submit 864, they may ask for 864EZ. Or vice-versa Can I submit both 864 and 864EZ?

Did you call USCIS to confirm if it okay to not having middle name in NOA1 or is it standard practice? My case status changed to actively review on Dec 3rd, 2021. Still waiting for approval. thank you!
