    Not so much that I can’t. I do need the surgery but it’s not life threatening. That’s a great idea about leaving and quickly coming back. Thanks again for your help. You’re a life saver. Hope for many blessings for you.

    @pushbrk it’s me bugging you again. First I wanted to thank you for all your help. My wife got approved for her immigrate visa we are set to move to the States from South Korea this November. Bad news: I suddenly need to get a serious surgery done her in Korea. Is there a way to postpone our departure or freeze our approval? I did see on USCIS page that it said for natural disasters or illnesses. But nothing on surgery. Think it was form I-539 thanks again!
