Is that because of the DV???
yeah definitely, actually, there were many of us. I dont understand. Go to philippines forum you will see my post there. thats reaaly their procedure, and we have nothing to do but wait. I also paid on the 8. I called delbros and I was told they forward it to nso on 11. I called Miss grace and told me not to worry because its their standard procedure and my verification process just started last week of feb even though I paid on the 8th. It could take 4 weeks though, some are faster, some take months, some just takes weeks. It depends on the case. Goodluck and congrats atleast we don't get denial and we passed the interview.
Awws u got the same paper where there is a check in other= docs and wait until u hear from us or just the wait until u hear from us?
I want my fiance to call the embassy can u pls. tell me what is the correct number and time to call??? ahuhuhu

Thank you all for your reply ahuhuhuuh im so so worried...I paid the delbros before my Interview it was on Feb. 8, 2008 for the documents verification but still i got the paper that says wait until you hear from us.I'm so sad because i wanted to fly before my fiances birthday.I hope im not on AR.I hope its only because of the verification :-(.
did you received the white paper with dear applicant, we are unable to complete the process under section221g? kasi means we are reaaly in administrative review, but you don't have to worry, there are lots of us. They just use the form but once they get feedback from nso, our visa will soon be issued. we are in the ar because of the verification. That is there procedure so lets hope for the best quick verification
Awws i'm so glad we're the same...i thought im the only one huhuhu.I was so worried i cant help but cry because we wanted to be together in his birthday but now it will never happen.We just hope that they will issue the visa soon so we can be together even tho. its not his birthday anymore.Anyway, I got the the pink slip and also a white paper that says wait until u hear from us..I hope its only because of the verification huhuhu.

Hello VJ! I just got done with my interview today and i don't know if i am approved or not huhuhuh.The consul didn't say anything but i got the pink slip and paid the delbros delivery for the visa....My problem is i got a paper that says "WAIT UNTIL YOU HEAR FROM US" and there's no specific requirements to submit.What i see in the paper is "Others = Docs" I don't understand...what docs is that??? What do you think it is? Pls. help me :-(.Is it the documents verification? I paid the Delbros for that
last Feb. 8, 2008.What should i do?

I know this sounds stupid but whats the right income to put in the Affidavit of support the total in come (in line 22 of 1040) or the Adjusted gross income??? Pls. help ahuhuhuh.

I'm sorry if this question has been asked many times....My fiance just sent his 2007 ITR for my interview and it's only the form 1040 and no W2 bcoz he is self employed. Is that ok??? I don't have his ITR for 2006 and besides its below the poverty line so i dont wanna show that. I just wanna show his latest 2007 ITR because it's above the poverty line.....Pls. help me if what we have is sufficient to prove that he can support me.We tried calling the IRS but no luck for tax transcript.

If you had time, I'd substitute a tax transcript but you at least need the full tax return including all schedules, not just the 1040 form. Do you have the full return?

Hello, I just wanna know what is the requirements for self employed? And if you are self employed do you still need the W2 or just the 1040? I'm so confused
.My list:
I-134 Affidavit of Support - Signed and notarized

Mail: Complete IRS Form 4506-T, Request for Transcript of Tax Return.
It does take a while before you can get access to transcripts for a tax return you just filed. Why does he need a transcript...he obviously has copies of his tax return right?
Actually right now these dont work. You call this and you dont get the option to request the transcripts. I know. I got my tax transcripts for 05 and 06 back in dec. I called this month to get the 07 and the voice automated system has changed and is geared for tax filing questions now. you can mail them but it will take longer. I am just taking my form that my tax accountant prepared and filed with the IRS.
Pls. help us my fiance just filed his personal ITR online and he mailed his business ITR a week ago and he just called the IRS to request the tax transcript for 2007 and only a voice recorded answered him. How to get the transcript as soon as possible??? What is the correct number?He will need to use the mail in form, or go with what he has from his tax accountant. Calling the number wont work until after April 15th when all the tax filing is done. The automated option for tax transcripts is not in the system now.

Hi Chris, Thank you for the reply....so he will just send me the copy of what he filed at the IRS and thats all? As what I've read that if you cant provide the tax transcript you can send the complete copy of the ITR that you filed but with the form 1040, and W2s...I'm so confused now huhuhuuh pls. help me clear this out. Thank you so much.

So just the copy of the Income Tax Return that he filed? BEFORE tax, the number you put on the affidavit of support is gross income before taxes and deductions.

I really dont have any idea about what it will shows in the Tax transcript but i'm just worried and wondering if the deductions will show in his income tax transcript and if it really shows then it will be below the poverty line if deductions is included.

YuAndDan is right.. Your gross for the end of the year is what you write on your I864..
Your gross should tell you if your above or bellow Poverty line.. Not net.

One last note: from much reading of the Posts on this site, Manila has a problem with "Co-Sponsors" in many cases they reject, and expect the petitioner to be the solo sponsor.

Pls. help us clear this out. She is the mother of my fiance. We are just preparing a co-sponsor if ever they want one.
I am hoping that someone can help us answer our questions.
Here it goes....
I-134 Affidavit of Support of his mother (The Co-sponsor)
3.) That this affidavit is executed on behalf of the following person:
There is a question -> Relationship to sponsor? Is it Future Daughter In law or what???
8.) That the following persons are dependent upon me for support:
Her mother is single & divorced with his father and my fiance is not dependent to his mother.No one is dependent to his mother. So what is the correct answer -> None Or I am the dependent now that she is co-sponsoring me?
10.) That I have submitted a visa petition to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on behalf of the following person.
It's my fiance who submitted the petition so the correct answer is-> NONE right or???
11.) That I intend or Do not intend to make specific contributions to support of the person named in item 3.
What is the correct answer for this by the co-sponsor??
