  1. Understood, I did add our mortgage statement after the first interview just for additional information. Do you think it’s a 2nd interview more for confirmation / additional information rather than to tell me I’m denied?
  2. Thank you for the reply, would they set up a 2nd interview to deny someone?
  3. Hello everyone, I've posted a couple of times in this thread, just wanted to update and look for more advice. I had my interview on the 17th November, I passed the English and civic test but was told a decision could not be made at this time and to look out for mail from the USCIS. A couple of days ago I got a notification in my uscis account with an interview notice for in 5 weeks time (Waiting for the mail version). My original interview notice has disappeared and my progress tab has been gone for the last week or so. Just curious if anyone has had this before? Thanks!
  4. If you don’t mind me asking why do you think you needed to have a second interview? I’m only asking to see if I may have to?
  5. I filed late March too, seems like you are in front of me in the process
  6. Thanks for the reply! I do not have a pending I-751, I applied under the 3 year rule.
  7. I’m sorry to hear you are still waiting, if you don’t mind me asking when did you submit your application?
  8. Hello everyone, I had my interview a couple of days ago. I think it went reasonably well but went by in a bit of a blur. I passed the English and civic test and was handed a n-652 which states I passed the tests but a decision cannot be made yet about your application. The officer told me to keep checking the mail. Does anyone have a feel for when I might receive further information? Maybe a request for more evidence or another interview? Or anything? Just looking for some understanding as to what’s next and timing wise if I should be checking my emails every 10minutes or prepare for another longer wait. Thanks
  9. At time of filing that is correct in a sense as we didn’t both live in the US at the same time for 3 years prior. We had been living together in England for the 2 years prior to that. So yeah I get what you are saying, it’s interesting based on what your saying is it even possible to have been living together for 3 year in the US after CR-1 is approved and file under the 90 day early filing window. wish I had just not used the early filing window and waited till the full three years was complete.
  10. About 30 days into the 90day early filing window.
  11. Hello, thank you for the reply. No I do not have a pending I-751. I applied under the 3 year rule.
  12. Hello everything, im trying to get a feel for when I might hear something about my N-400 application, I filled March 23rd 2025, attended bio appointment April 14th and since then haven’t heard anything. My estimated time on the USCIS website went down to 0 over a month ago and still nothing. Looking on here it seems like lots of people who filled at the same time have already completed the process…..any advice welcome.
