Thanks your response no they did not keep my passport because green card interview not held in our country it held in Georgia but i already sent my passport back to embassy because At the interview consular gave to me 221g form back of page 221g she marked travel passport and questionnaire section. Also I searched some information about public charge refusal ,it says when decision made the consular consider applicant age, family households, assest, medical condition, and finance. Is it right information? thanks

Hello SusieQQQ hope you doing well it is almost 3 month after my interview but still my case is undergoing administrative processing as i know. After interview consular applied to me public charge questionnaire i already answered all questions and sent back 28 March. i want to know what they take into account from applicants whom requested fill public charge questionnaire for issue visa ? Is it possible my administrative processing come to positive conclusion ?or it happen rarely? In addition i emailed to embassy about case they say this case undergoing administrative processing.ceac website it shows refused (A U.S. consular officer has adjudicated and refused your visa application. Please see the letter you received at the interview.) however other applicants from my country who cases AP they status letter is not like mine they status text is long and written the case refused 221g and waiting administrative processing. Have you ever had any case such as mine ? Thanks in advance
