  1. My I751 was pending for one year and a half, and about six month ago after my biometric appointment they changed the status “ your case is going to be scheduled for an interview “ , and I after consulting with an  Lawyer online I decided to apply for my n-400 since I was eligible ,thinking they probably going to schedule me for one combo interview . Doesn’t make any logic sense to me how they wold schedule after naturalization interview . My only fear is if they will deny my n400 that day only because  my I751 is still pending. . I will be so pissed of and they gonna have to see me in court with them for sure . I paid for my n400 , and submitted all the evidence they required .

  2. Hello everyone! I applied for removal of conditions on residence I-751 July 2020 and for my n-400 naturalization on August 2021 based on my three years living in Usa with my spouse. Last week I received my naturalization interview scheduled on April 18 and a week after I also received my I-751 interview scheduled on April 27. Is this all normal , to be scheduled for removal of conditions interview after naturalization . ????? I’m really confused , did anyone of you happened this ?? I heard they do combo interviews but not totally separate days.?????

  3. Hello everyone. I just applied for my N-400 , naturalization . And I still have pending my case for removal of conditions on green card based on marriage to US citizen.  Did anyone of you had a fast Naturalization processing time ??? ( my 18 month extension letter for green card expires on December, and I would be very happy if they issued my naturalization certificate by the end of this year

  4. Hello I filed my I-751 petition to remove condition on residence July 2020, and just last month I had my biometric taken . After that my case was updated "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview .We will schedule your interview and send you a notice." .. Did anyone of you received that kind of update ,and if it's so, how long did you have to wait for the interview to be scheduled .I haven't applied for my N-400 yet, even though I'm officially on the time frame on doing so. Just wondering if it's better to wait for my 10 years green card interview first.??
