I hope they will remove the administrative closer on My I129 F now that they start changinf the process again

mmm... what's happening with Vermont Center it used to be faster, i don't see any I129 NOA2 from vermont center on the list. It'll come soon

The cancelation of the I 129F is affecting, i believe, the VJs who filled after july 31th and had the fee waived for the I 129 F. Yet there is some exception to this rules as i can see from the timelines.

I Hope what I was told about my I 129 cancelation is a lie as the Vermont officer mentioned it was canceled/closed on december yet i didn't receive any notice of that via mail.

I am soooo angry right now but would like to share the info. In deed, at least for the Vermont center, they are canceling the I129F petition and moving only the I130. I just talk to an officer via the RFE trick, and he confirmed the I129F cancelation and refused to give me the status off my I 130 ?? stating some internal regulationon prohibiting that (weird as i head a lot got this info throught the Phone)

I don't know what to do else, invlove a congressman/senator to revive this 129 F (if there is a chance) or jsut absorb my anger and get in the waiting line for a long CR1 Visa track? please any idea in that regard?

Our check was cashed on Thurs. so we have the receipt number from the back of the check and we have registered on the USCIS website as an online customer. However, when I do a search for our WAC# it says it doesn't exist...also tried adding it via our "customer" screen, and same thing. When can we expect to see our case/receipt number online?

I got my NOA1 for I-130 since December 28 and still in not in the system yet, so don't worry you are not alone. I think it gonna take them more time to update their online system.

I hope someone knows something about this subject.

I filled my first I-130 in September 14/07 and Jointly filled another I-130 with I-129 on October 28th. I got first NOA1 for my I-129 on November 10th and it was quickly logged into the system so i can check the status online. I got NOA1 for my first I-130 in December 28 th and an NOA1 for the second I130 today. Both NOA1's for the I-130 are not in the system yet, though for the first one it's almost\ a month. Is this delay to enter the case Numbers for I130 Normal ?

Any body has similar issue or has any idea why it is taking that long?

a second question does it heart to have two I130 for the same person pending ?

I am deeply concerned about some information I saw. The Vermont center has been very active processing and approving 129F petition for K1 visa (close to September), but lagging significantly in approving 129F petition for K3 visa (stuck on July). Shouldn’t the priority be the same since it’s the same form???

Any on e has any clarification in this subject, and on whether 129F petition for K3 visa be approved and sent to NVC before approval of associated 130 petition?

Well, i got anoyed waiting for NOA 1 for my previous I-130. so i sent both applications I-129 and I-130 this time with another check on October 29th and suprise i got a NOA 1 for my I-129F application today . I am glad i decided not to wait for the I-130 NOA1 and that finaly the I-129F is on track. I wish i have done it a little earlier

[i am glad you received your NOA1 for 129F, but I called USCIS to confirm if I can do this and they said although I will get NOA1 for 129F I might have two cases open and she recommended against it and asked me to wait instead. Again, I am not an expert I am not really sure who is right and what is faster, but I figured I should share this since I called USCIS with same exact question. I am going to wait I feel like I am almost there why mess up now.

I called USCIS too and they recommend not to send it. They told me if i go ahead and send the I-129F form without the I-130 receipt it will be rejected as it is directed toward a K3 visa. I am not sure how the process of K3 visa work and if they link the two form via the case number from the I-130 application that comes first or they are completly separate. If they are completly separate then it won't heart to send the I-129F the worst case it will be rejected and there is no fee involved.

I will wait anoter week in a hope that Vermont center will move those I-130 receipt first and then try.

Hi everyone,

It’s getting very annoying to wait until Friday when the USCIS update there processing time to find no change. It’s been 5 weeks since Vermont has made any progress in the I-130 form.

I am becoming very impatient waiting for the I-130 Receipt, so my question is this:

Does anyone knows what will happened if I send the I-129F form without waiting for the I-130 receipt and send the Postal delivery proof instead as proof of I130 submission ?

Will this create any confusion or delay the process or just won’t heart to try?
