  1. Thank you all. My father is not in the United States and neither are my stepbrothers. Once his green card is approved he will move to the states and petition his kids. His concern is if they can visit him with their tourist visa until their pettition goes through.
  2. I am in the process of petitioning the green card for my father and my stepmother but my father is concern that his two sons (my stepbrothers) may lose their tourist visa (b1/b2) once my father’s green card is approved and will not be able to enter the States with him. What is the best path forward in his situation? Thank you very much
  3. Yes...."What is the beneficiary´s passport number?"
  4. I am filing I-130 to petition my father. He lives in his home country. He just told me that he has requested a new passport, the current one expires in four months. However the I-130 I requires his passport number. Should I wait until he receives the new passport to submit the application?
  5. I am reading the requirements for the I-130 petition for my father and the Census Record is one that I do not know how to get. I was born in CA in 1997 but moved overseas. I live in California since 2015. The application BC-600 for census record requires information up to april 1 2010. I move back to California septembre 01 2015. Should I leave that requirement empty? Thank you very much
  6. So, first file dad (parent 1), separate file stepmom (parent 1) and if on a later date my mom wishes to come it will be third filing? Correct? Thanks a million
  7. Thank you. So when I prepare a separate I-130 on item "parent 1" i put my stepmother information?. If later on i file a third I-130 for my birth mom would there be a problem since I would have already filed two I-130 (dad/stepmom). Regards
  8. I am submitting form 130 requesting my father and his wife (my stepmother). When it asks for the info of parent 2, 1) can I include my stepmother there? Or do I need to file a separate I-130 for my stepmother? (my father re married when I was 17 years old). Eventually I may request my mother also at some other date. 2) would that be a problem? Thank you
