I noticed most interviews that people got this month for december where from the first till the middle of the month.I didnt see any towards the end of December.

Fingers crossed they arent done scheduling yet.

My case was completed on Nov 13th. I got my medical done by Nov 21st, but I would be suprised if scheduling for December still would be going on.

Could my son get his medical before the NVC give him an interview date.

Or is it all over till next month.

I live in Florida and have filed everything for my son via NVC.I got a case complete on Nov 15th.

Anyone know when i should expect to get an interview for my son.

My son currently lives in Scotland and interview will be in London.I will be flying back for the interview and hope to bring him back to the states with me.How long after the interview will he have his passport back.

From what the people at NVC said is that they schedule 2nd week of every month...so I think next scheduling will be in december I think.

Some posters where saying they have seen it roll over to the 3rd week.Guess i'll keep calling everyday this week.

I was told tonight scheduling interviews was done for this month.But going by these posts i still have hope.

I will keep calling at least for a few days.

Problem is i dont want to get my sons hopes up just to tell him he has to wait another month.

Finally called today! And was told the great news!! Interview for Dec 10th. Thanks to everyone here for your endless support! And good luck to all of you waiting for an interview.

Case complete Nov 14th.I did not find this out until i called NVC late Nov 15th.So with one day to spare on the scheduling i guess i will have to wait till next month.

This process is worse than waiting to go to the dentist.

Anyone know what the average time is for an interview date in London.My sons case was complete at NVC on Wednesday November 14th.

I am going to fly back for the interview and bring him back with me so i can be there for the P.O.E also.

Can anyone share there experience on a similar situation.

Also how long does it take from the interview until he can fly back with me.

My son is waiting on his interview date for the consulate in London.He is 15 now but will be 16 on December 19th.

He is currently living with his mother.(my ex wife)in Scotland.

Will immigration want to see any kind of custody papers as he is coming to live with me in Florida.

Will my ex wife have to sign custody over to me.Or will the fact he will be 16 probably by the time his interview is scheduled mean he is considered an adult.

Hope this makes sense.I am trying to get all my eggs in the one basket as i will be flying back to do the interview with him and then fly him back with me for the P.O.E

Our Ds-230 with original docs was entered in to system on 2 of November and completed yesterday..What could be the reall time to get interview date and where we need to call to find out it as now NVC shedules interview date?? what number??I talked to Warsaw embassy and was told that waiting for intrview takes no longer than month and a half but as everything changed now I don't know what to expect.. I'll be very thankfull for answers

I also had my DS-230 entered in to the NVC computer on November 2nd and yesterday found out my sons case is complete.

He will be interviewing in London.I will be going back for the interview with him.He is 15 years old.

I am also curious as to when the interview will be as i have to start looking to book a flight.Also how long does it take after the interview until he can fly back with me.

Got letter in mail today with instructions to download forms DS-230 and return to NVC

They also included info for the Police report.

My son is the person immigrating.He is 15 now but will be 16 on December 19th this year.

Does he still need to get this Police report as he is under 16 now but probably not at time of interview.

Also does anyone have a rough idea of how long it should take from here on in.

The POE can decide that son does not have reason to return to home country and deny entry, it does happen.

I am a US citizen and i am currently trying to get my son here.I just paid the visa processing fee of $380 and i am waiting on the ds-230 forms from NVC.

Question is.Can i bring my son over here now and continue the process in the us at this stage.

My son is 15 and lives in Scotland.His home life is getting bad and he is begging me to come over now.I know we are not far from the finish line but it is hard to tell him no.

Any advice would be great.
