Thanks for ur txt @dwheels76. The 2nd txt is the one I just sent to them requesting for my welcome letter and the invoice no. I have no choice than to wait.

I just checked nvc website to get their contact phone number but it's indicating that it has been suspended. One can only contact them thru public inquiry form.

Hellos Please I need an advice on what to do. We received our approval from USCIS February 2022 and up till date the NVS has not contacted me with any welcome letter which I guess will include the invoice number that I need to proceed. Please do I need to be worried. though I have emailed the NVC through their public inquiry form and they replied after two month stating that I need to pay my fees in other to continue. meanwhile no number has been given to me. And please where will the NVC send the letter? is it through email, home address, phone call or which other means? thanks and await replies.
