  1. Acording to rules you must live in usa if you sponsor your spouse. I think this is a second key factor. Alos, CO think that you met your wife fist time on a 2-week trip and married. This make a conclution that you did not have relations with spose prioe to marriage. Did you provied emails, phone calls, picture before marriage etc?

    The third factor is communication language, does she speak english? Do you speak vietnameese?

  2. 1. A very brief courtship followed by a plunge into matrimony;

    2. A marriage ceremony arranged only a short time after petitioner arrives in the beneficiary’s country and they meet for the first time;

    3. No common language;

    4. Petitioner resides with family members of the beneficiary in the US;

    5. Petitioner is employed by or has a business relationship with a relative of beneficiary;

    6. Petitioner submits phone records that show he uses a residential phone number that is listed in the name of another person.

    7. US divorce followed very quickly by an engagement to foreign beneficiary is often a red flag for consular officers.

    8. There is little or no documentary evidence of the relationship prior to the actual engagement.

    9. Long gaps of time between the petitioner & beneficiary being together in person.

    10. Failure to disclose previous marriages;

    11. Failure to disclose previous petitions filed on behalf of other beneficiaries.

  4. Hi,

    I've got AOS letter from NVC saying that i need to go to http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3730.html and choose apropriate form, download and file. I have a concern which one to chose for my 3 year biological son.

    My wife and son will emigrate at the same time. For my wife i do I-864. I am not sure what form i need to fill out for my son. I spoke with NVC operator and he said that i need I-864W for my child.

    Is anybody collide with such problem? Please help. Thanks.

  6. Just found on http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3183.html

    "If family members have separate visa petitions, each family member must submit a signed I-864 from the petitioner/sponsor, the joint sponsor (if required) and I-864As as required. Each family member must also submit a complete set of any required supporting documents."

    As I understand should be two separate I-184. Please let me know if I am wrong.

    Thanks.
