When i submited I-864 i did not include Emplyment letter. I just included 2007 IRS tax transcript. They did aprove I-864 and did not send RFE. I think Employment letter is optional. Do i need to worry and give this employment letter to my wife at interview?

Greetings,
We will have intervew in moscow. Which hotel do you recomment?

Acording to rules you must live in usa if you sponsor your spouse. I think this is a second key factor. Alos, CO think that you met your wife fist time on a 2-week trip and married. This make a conclution that you did not have relations with spose prioe to marriage. Did you provied emails, phone calls, picture before marriage etc?
The third factor is communication language, does she speak english? Do you speak vietnameese?

I think the fact that her sister handled the case made a decition in mind of CO. I think this is a key factor. You have to prove it to INS. Be prepared.
Also, did not understand: it says that you made one two weeks trip and married to her and never returned. Is it true? What do they mean?

1. A very brief courtship followed by a plunge into matrimony;
2. A marriage ceremony arranged only a short time after petitioner arrives in the beneficiary’s country and they meet for the first time;
3. No common language;
4. Petitioner resides with family members of the beneficiary in the US;
5. Petitioner is employed by or has a business relationship with a relative of beneficiary;
6. Petitioner submits phone records that show he uses a residential phone number that is listed in the name of another person.
7. US divorce followed very quickly by an engagement to foreign beneficiary is often a red flag for consular officers.
8. There is little or no documentary evidence of the relationship prior to the actual engagement.
9. Long gaps of time between the petitioner & beneficiary being together in person.
10. Failure to disclose previous marriages;
11. Failure to disclose previous petitions filed on behalf of other beneficiaries.

forumaccess07,
What questions your wife was asked during the interview and how she answered. Did CO said her the reason why he/she deny visa?
-
Tell Us more about your story. What she was asked at interview?

Hi,
I've got AOS letter from NVC saying that i need to go to http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3730.html and choose apropriate form, download and file. I have a concern which one to chose for my 3 year biological son.
My wife and son will emigrate at the same time. For my wife i do I-864. I am not sure what form i need to fill out for my son. I spoke with NVC operator and he said that i need I-864W for my child.
Is anybody collide with such problem? Please help. Thanks.

Why do you think that I-864W is not used in my case?
-
Well, in this case why operator said that i need to file I-864W for my minor child?
-
Sorry, yes, i am asking about I-864. I called NVC and operator said that i have to file I-864W. I do not know if this is correct...

My wife's I-130 and child's I-130 has been approved and forwarded to NVC. I am little bit confused.
Should I complete two separate I-184 for wife and child or just only one for both?

Just found on http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3183.html
"If family members have separate visa petitions, each family member must submit a signed I-864 from the petitioner/sponsor, the joint sponsor (if required) and I-864As as required. Each family member must also submit a complete set of any required supporting documents."
As I understand should be two separate I-184. Please let me know if I am wrong.
Thanks.
