They emailed the embassy and the embassy email them it was denied . But the ceac still said refused Best bet is try again or do spousal visa

According to the email I received from the embassy nothing about the ex husband petition were mentioned but they only reason was that she failed to submit strong evidence to support our relationship. How do someone file an appeal case is still at the embassy?

I’m planning to send the I130 picture travel receipt letter from my coworker and my mom and dad mariage license I just add her to my 401 k from work I’ll send the confirmation plus to my bank account would that be enough to get the I 130 approve?

I felt like main reason she didn’t she couldn’t answer some of questions the that was asked . Someone else sent the same stuff , he was to get approved .

Hello i did a k1 visa application for my fiancée unfortunately it was denied . according to an email we received back from the embassy she failed to submit strong evidence to support our relationship . Now our plan is to get marry and file the spousal visa or is it okay to go with the k1 visa again ?

Hello i had my state senator make an inquiry to the embassy about the k1 visa . according to an email we received back from the embassy , our case was denied because my fiancée failed to submit strong evidence to support our relationship. Hello At that did they collect any document from him ? Cause I was told the same thing that they are going to send the case back and to call uscis . I’ve been trying to get an explanation for like a weeek . Nothing solid yet so I gave up . I’m jut going the spousal visa route instead of waiting.

I just checked ex husband case on the uscis website stil says approved . Is that a sign he never cancel the petition?
