Hi all, I can't seem to get my question answered but I have a pending I-751 that I filed jointly with my husband in September 2019. February 2020, we separated and I filed for divorce. Yesterday just found out the hearing court date. I am planning to hire an immigration lawyer and send the divorce waiver with the divorce decree. Will I need to send marital evidence all over again for the entirety of the marriage?

hi which address did you send your amendment? is it to the address in i797 receipt you received or the phnx lockbox one?

My case i-751 status just got updated yesterday to "ready to schedule for an interview". Do you guys have any idea how long will it take before they send an appointment letter? My service center is National Benefit Center. My nursing board exam is coming up and this adds up to my stress level. Can you please give me an idea what to bring on the interview day. Thank you so much everyone.

hi i guess only when the status changes to ‘interview scheduled’ you can expect the appoinment letter. This greatly depends on you local office availability. if you dont mind can you tell me your timeline??

  4. Hi all , its so saddening to know none of MSC filerd are moving past biometrics . even i checked september 2020 thread , even those filed in september 2020 isnt getting approved . My biometrics appoinment letter had a statement that my case is transferred to NBC , will there be any expedition if in NBC centre? whats average timeline for MSC filers . Do any of you guys know any approved MSC filers

Most likely they will waive your biometrics. If they do, you will either get a notification/case status update saying the they reused your biometrics. You may get a letter letting you know that but not everyone gets one.

Interview? Possibly, and as I mentioned, MSC is just now processing folks from 12/2018.

    sorry if iam

asking lotf questions … but i see few of MSC guys who got their gc..

@reejo173, your case is at the National Benefits Center. MSC stands for Missouri Service Center. Typically, cases sent to MSC may be selected for interview. Sometimes they waive it, though. It depends. Apparently, anyone who came to the US on a CR-1 will get an interview.

USCIS does not list processing times for the I-751 at the National Benefits Center. You can get an idea of their processing pace by looking at this thread. They are still processing cases from 12/2018.
