    Another update. Case approved...no interview. The RFE was for marriage license, proof of marriage, etc.

    Sorry...here's an update on this. We got a cancellation later that day. I'm guessing a glitch in the system? However, today we received a request for more evidence.

    We just got a notice for an interview today and it has today's date on it? Sunday, November 9th @ 1030am What does this mean? I thought they were closed on weekends and that's such a short notice for us especially when they are over 2 hours away

    Understood. So, with the wife having the EAD that gives her the right to get the SSN card, correct? Is it possible to get ITIN for stepson? I need to add him to my health insurance.

    No, he's 12 and we didn't apply to get him that. Wife received EAD. Both of them completed biometrics.

    We also checked the box and already got the EAD but no SSN card. Do you know what is required to acquire it with our local SSA? I'm the petitioner and my wife and step-son (k2 visa) need their ssn card.
