I would really appreciate if any employment based immigrant visa applicants waiting for interview in Abu Dhabi would share their DQ date. I am trying to have an idea of how long we may wait in order to estimate
our processing time.

As mentioned before, you can only transfer your case to a US Embassy in another country if you have residency in that other country. Otherwise everybody would constantly be shopping around trying to get to the fastest embassy and chaos would ensue.
However, are you sure your waiting time will be over a year after getting DQ? Embassies are now using a four level prioritization system to process cases

And as IR-1 visa applicant you are in tier 2 and have a priority advantage over some other categories.
