  1. I am an untouched case in 113500 group. My fiance called USCIS on Wednesday. One agent told him that our case needed some more evidence before the approve and the USCIS would send us a letter. I think that means RFER. However, there hasn't been any change still in our case since then. I don't know if the information from the agent is proper. I remember that someone from the forum told us that the decision date on the app is actually later than what it should be. So should I trust the agent's words and just wait for the letter patiently? And if this is correct that the agent can know the earlier decision from their systems, I think it's a good way for our July filers who hasn't received any updates to call the USCIS to get some information. Thank you.
  2. Hi everyone, I have a question about the no criminal record while the interview at the embassy. I went to US in 2017, and stayed there for two years. So when I prepare the no criminal record for the interview, should I include the two years while in the US or not? I see different answers and a little confusing. Thanks for those who provide the answer and I appreciate it a lot.
  3. I think it means the author will update the data at the midnight of the West Coast Time if the USCIS website is normal working or he does not forget. Lol. Because of some technical and funding issues, he has to do all those kinds of statistics in person. That might be a little slow.
  4. I tried several times, but it seems not working for that function.
  5. Hello everyone. I wanna share an amazing website for you all. https://vicdus.github.io/uscis-case-statistics/?center=WAC&form=I-129F&mode=data_center_year_code_day_serial&fy=21. This is a website about the statistics of all USCIS cases. Here I choose the I129f solely. It can be seen how each case period (like from wac2190080000 to wac2190089999) is going now. And it can also check how many cases has been touched today compare to yesterday for each case period. What you only need to do is to choose the date below. Last but not least, it can also check other kinds of immigration statistics. I hope this website will be useful for you all. I appreciate the great effort from @Xiaova and @Etherial.
