Yes. Please can someone share this info for IR2 or CR1. Anyone who recently get interview without expediting could please share what month their DQ date was??🙏🙏🙏

Yes. I think documentarily complete wud be the same as DQ (Documentarily Qualified), this is the stage when all documents are already submitted and accepted by NVC and you already paid for the application and submit DS 260 form, Police Record, Affadavit of support, and etc.......then you are informed that u are DQ and only pending interview date

what time did the process take you NVC?

The case spent about a year at NVC b4 DQ.

From Aug 2019 to Sept 2020. It could have completed about 3 mths earlier but there was a correspondence about a missing signature pending on a document that we weren't aware of.

So basically NVC took 1 yr to get us DQ, case still atcNVC only waiting for date now.

So it's an additional yr now we just sitting waiting on date, I was told this date use to happen in one month after DQ

I am hoping my parents will be apart of this set. They have been DQ since November 2020. They are anxious but nothing before it’s time.

My husband has been DQ since Sept 2020, for CR1, no date yet. Anyone here with our timeline that has recieved a date yet? (That is, without the case being expedited, of course ).

@KD-Fletcher its the same thing as the 60 day Documentarily qualified letter. I was Dq January 4, 2021....I got a letter after 60 days stating that they've received all documents, all fees and is in que for an interview and I dont need to do anything else. Got another 1 after 120 days stating the same thing, then another 1 last week stating the same thing. Case is at NVC

Ok. I only received one of those notices via my online account with NVC in Sept 2020.

I made several queries since then, Oct 2020, Dec 2020, April 2021 (tried to expedite). Each time the response was still saying they are waiting on an interview date from the Consulate

@KD-Fletcher Hmmmm....I have received 3 pre-interview letters. Wondering if anybody has ever received a 4th. I dont have a reason to expedite. Sighs, this wait is unbelievable and cruel

    What is a pre-interview letter? I didn't get that.

Is your case at NVC, wai6for interview date?

Also, what date were you Documentarily qualified?

@KD-Fletcher to my knowledge they are still working on IV DQs from mid-end of July 2020 and per the live, they have a backlog load thru the end of 2022. There are also canceled interviews from Feb/March 2020 yet to be rescheduled (I believe these are spouses of GC holder Cases). All visa categories are now open, but on a limited capacity. Visitor's visa, for example, has a 15 month wait for interview appts. Sorry, it's not better news. However, they did say they would double up their efforts on immigrant visa cases and fiance visa appointments were available to be booked at the time of the Live. Try to expedite or hang in there, seems it'll be a while. Feel free to watch the saved live on Facebook.

Oh wow. Thx Stacy. But this is so depressing. So since my husband has been DQ since Sept 2020, and they were at July recently I wonder how far we are in the que for a CR1 visa.

Thx for the update Stacy. Was there comment for where they reach now in interviews for CRI Visas based on the date you were DQ. That is for the non-expedited cases.

Good day... anyone knows for cases that were not expedited, which DQ dates are being processed?

For those that were expedited successfully, what were the reason/s for the expedite. I'm not sure what my category is (over 21 unmarried child of US citizen) documentarily qualified October 2020. its been 8 months and not another email... frustrated much!

I'm in the same position and trying to figure out the same thing. My husband has been DQ since September 2020, (CR-1 ), no word on his interview date yet

Thanks. I'm the petitioner, and waiting on my husband to get his interview. The waiting is very stressful

My case was DQ October 2020 but i got it expedited. Yes in some cases the interview is set 2 months after approval. I believe up to April 2021 the embassy was seeing cases DQ in August. So am not sure where they are now

So, in April, when they were seeing DQ from August, was those expedited case. Or those people were just in the normal que for that time?

That's the reason i ask if you had submitted sufficient evidence why your case must be expedited.  Anything that can justify your request must be sent.

Praying that all will be well.

Also, from the reading all the post, I got the impression that even if they approve the expedite, it still takes another 2 months or so for the interview date, correct?

What month in 2020 were you DQ? I'm wondering if without the expedite, how far in the question I would be now.
